Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, the order is returned to us, and we'll contact you to arrange reattempted delivery or a refund.
Damaged in Transit
If your product arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours along with photos, and we'll arrange an immediate replacement.
